Location: Located in the Chittering Valley (part of the Avon Valley), the terrain is elevated to the top of a ridge, overlooking (i) the northern river confluence, (ii) two valleys, (iii) the Avon Valley panorama and (iv) rich wildlife habitat.
Area: 8846 square meters. The government has plans to expand the leased area to the northwest.
Rent: 7.5% of turnover, there is no fixed rent, but if the use and lease are changed to negotiate a revised agreement, it may be discussed.
